Posted by I’m not going to pretend to have anything helpful to say about this topic to those of you wondering if driving with a busted tail light will be a death sentence for you or one of your family members. No words of comfort outweigh the ugly, naked statistics or the growing list of names. But I don’t want to say nothing. There is too much nothing being said about this already.
Please know that I hear you. I see this. It’s not right. It’s not fair. And maybe when the majority in this country starts to actually hear, actually see, they’ll stop using words like “isolated” and “prior records” to excuse murder.
